Until the furniture arrives, all we have is a big empty house to loaf around in. Kaesea makes it work.

The Big Move

Early this morning, I packed Kaesea into a bag and we headed for our new home.

When Kaesea was younger, he was a seasoned traveler. But traveling with him now was... nerve-wracking (to put it mildly). He got tucked under the seat in front of me, and we took off:

Fortunately, he was a total champ. I confided in the woman next to me that I was worried something terrible would happen to him during the flight and she said, "No way. Not on my watch!" (Thank you, kind stranger.)

Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. There was even another kitty in front of us as we went through security -- guess it was World Kittycat Travel Day. Who knew?
