As the cancer progresses, Kaesea's bowel control isn't... well... it isn't what the rest of the household would like it to be (read: there's a lot of pooping outside of the box).
This photo made me laugh because it looks like he smells something and, well, we all smell something in Kaesea's house. Pretty much on a daily basis.
